Packages can be individually created to suit your needs. It’s your day so come and tell me about your ideas and we can build a package around you. If you have an idea of a package that you would like (custom made package) then please tell me your ideas and I can put this together for you with a price. I always work around you as it’s your big day! The great thing about some of our packages is that they come with full coverage from the bride getting ready to the first dance as standard and unlimited images taken on the day with approx. 400 final edited images to choose from.

Answers to most common questions…
How much is your deposit and when does the balance need to be paid?
£200 deposit and completed paperwork secures your date and your remaining balance is due by 4 weeks before your date. Payments by – cash, card and bank transfer.
Do you/we sign a contract?
Yes. The contract between myself and the couple to marry covers a range of points. These are to cover both parties. Completed paperwork and a paid deposit secures your date. You will receive a contract to sign and an invoice stating your package – what is included, date to pay balance by and payment details.
Can we pay in instalments?
Of course! The deposit needs to be paid to secure your date but then you can either wait until the final date and pay the remaining balance in 1 lump or you can pay the remaining balance in smaller chunks to make it a little easier with budgeting. No interest or fees are added to this option and each time you make a payment I will update the invoice and send you a new invoice showing the payments and the remaining balance so you can see the remaining balance coming down.
Can you stay a little later?
If you would like me to stay an extra hour – not a problem – as long as this is discussed at your booking. Each additional hour is charged at £150. This takes in to account the extra time spent on the day and then extra time needed when editing the extra photos taken.
When will we get to see the finished photos?
After your wedding, I will edit your images and narrow them down to the best of the best. I take approx 1200 images on the day and then spend a lot of time perfecting the final images. This will involve colour correcting, editing skin tones and removing any distracting object in the background like a fire exit sign! These alterations and editing will take around 4 weeks to complete and once completed, you will view your final images on an online gallery via a link and password emailed to you.
I will share a handful of images on social media within a couple of days – if you wish to keep these images a secret until the full editing is complete please let me know.
Are you insured?
Yes. I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance for peace of mind.
What about backup equipment incase of a problem?
I carry plenty of extra equipment so should a disaster happen I have back up!
What if you haven’t been to our venue before?
I will visit your venue before your date to have a good look around, meet the team and plan your day for the perfect shots.
How will the day flow for photos?
I will arrive a couple of hours before the ceremony to capture the getting ready shots, then move on to the ceremony, formal and natural family and friends shots, speeches, couple time, cutting the cake, first dance.
I also look out for detail shots…details of your dress, shoes, flowers, room & table decor. These are little details that you have thought long and hard about so these are included. I work with the wedding co-ordinator and around the timings in place for the wedding breakfast and evening party so I can plan ahead and get the shots for you.
What is involved in the albums designs?
If you have chosen to have an album designed, you will choose which images you would like in your album and let me do the rest. I will email you a proof copy of the album before it goes to print to allow you to make any changes to the layout if you wish. It will only go to print when you give me the go ahead.
Once completed, the album is then sent back to me via courier and I make sure that everything is ok. I will then be in touch about the collection of your album.
We don’t want an album, do you have other products?
Yes. If you don’t want an album but not sure what other options are out there then I may have the option for you. You can choose from print boxes, folios, usb’s and a range of wall art. These options can be purchased after your wedding if you don’t want them in your initial package.
The minimum option is to have me cover your day, edit your images and view them on an online gallery. From there you can decide how you want your photos given – which product you’d like – usb, album, folio etc.
Advice…..
On your big day, you may want to ask your guests not to take photos as you walk down the aisle and lean to get a shot as this may cover you and ruin a professional shot. You are paying me to be there and capture memorable images.
I receive many emails and calls about date availability and costs. Please get in touch as soon as you can to check availability – only completed paperwork and a paid deposit secures your date.
I can take bookings 3 years in advance and I limit the number of weddings I cover a year so I have availability for studio work such as newborns and family portraits.
The pre-made packages above are the most common options that many couples choose but I can make a package around your needs.
